My client is a leading Consumer Finance Group with strong market share and good reputation. They are providing various and valuable products and service to consumers and meet their needs. Now they are seeking a Head of CRM and Customer Service to join their promising business.
Reporting to CSO, you will lead a big team, develop and enhance the CRM system and optimise marketing and communications infrstucture. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns and followed by customer servcie to ensure the consumer satisfation. Design the product lifecyle and maximize customers' life-time value as well as business revenue.
You are expected to have 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in CRM managment in consumer finance, banking or internet finance industry. Candiates from telco, retail or internet companies are also welcome. Strong performance marketing experience with know-how of DSP and data analitical skill. Rich experience in digitalization is highly prefered. Stong leadership, value-oriented, collaorative mindset, fluent English are ideal character for this role.
