Responsibility:
1.Take the responsibility of leading software team to design/build/execute the projects from software perspective to meet the project requirement.
2.Take the responsibility of design & developing new competitiveness solution (product) to meet the new business requirement.
3.Develop the right competences & skills in the group.
4.Translate the business requirement to software best practice with strong software strategy.
5.Take the responsibility of technically feasibility and reliability for the project from software perspective.

Requirements:
1.Qualification certificate or excellent academic performance in the related automation or IT discipline
2.Has experiences of leading software team within automation industry area.
3.Strong software technical background, has working experiences on software architecture with mainstream method.
4.Has experiences of software system/subsystem design and build process.
5.Researching experiences on the automation market. Have strong&deep understanding of mainstream software technology to adapt the market.;
6.Knowledge of best practice in systems design and multi disciplined software architecture within material handling area.
