Job Summary:
-Work with BU RD to develop new water based resin, emulsion
-Work with process and manufacturing team to scale up water based resin, emulsion
-Work with corporate formulation team to complete raw materials' application
-Project management

Requirements:
-Doctor or master degree in polymer or material science
-5-8 years' experiences in resin, emulsion synthesis and coating formulation
-Good learning capabilities and self-motivated
-Communicate effectively both internally and externally
-Project management skills
-Fluent English
