Job Summary:
Evaluate polymer additives of new and existing products in different application to meet customer/market needs in APAC region
Design and carry out lab experiments including compounding, film casting and injection moulding, additive extraction, chemical analysis for internal R&D and external customer projects
Work closely with sales and market development team
Maintain lab's operation
Lead application team

Requirements:
Master in Chemistry or Material Science
Experiences and knowledge in polymer or plastic or rubber
Experiences in polymer processing or testing, hands-on experiences on compounding, extrusion, injection molding and polymer testing is preferred
Good project management skills
Used to lead a small team
Fluent English
