Job description

工作职责:
1. 负责小店商家客服的产品调研分析、需求规划、功能设计等全流程产品迭代工作;
2. 负责客服工作涉及商家多客服逻辑、智能化客服工具和客服数据等方面;
3. 关注客户产品反馈,挖掘用户需求,针对客服产品持续优化,致力于帮商家提升客服效率与用户客服体验
岗位需求
1. 熟悉电商客服产品和业务场景和操作流程优先,有大型平台的客服产品经验优先
2. 拥有Owner意识,积极上进,执行力较强并且有较强的抗压能力
3. 能用数据驱动产品方案,通过数据分析,快速找出问题并落地迭代方案
4. 有较强的行业理解能力,用户价值驱动
5. 本科及以上学历,5年以上互联网工作经验
