Job description

1. Manages all HR matters including talent acquisition, staff retention, training, performance management and employee relations
2. Assisting in designing the company's recruitment plans based on the business development demands and talent recruitment plans of various departments

4. Establishing and refining the HR management system, including the development of recruiting, personnel administration, compensation & benefits, and employee development systems, controlling HR cost, timely handling of crucial HR issues, and instructing employee career development
