Job description
1. Manages all HR matters including talent acquisition, staff retention, training, performance management and employee relations
2. Assisting in designing the company's recruitment plans based on the business development demands and talent recruitment plans of various departments
3. Designing HR plans and creating planning schemes for Trifo and supervising the implementation of various plans and schemes
4. Establishing and refining the HR management system, including the development of recruiting, personnel administration, compensation & benefits, and employee development systems, controlling HR cost, timely handling of crucial HR issues, and instructing employee career development
Requirements
1. Familiar with startup incentive scheme
2. Bachelor degree or above, at least 10 years of HR working experience, 2+ years management experience.
3. Strong communication skills. English language proficiency required.
