Job Summary:
-Be responsible for product formulations,  product technical claims and approvals.
-Contributes to short and long range planning of the technical group.
-Works with other departments such as Operations, PLM, Marketing, Sales, etc., to achieve common goals.
-Represents on the technical front when interacting with customers and suppliers in the region

Requirements:
-PhD in chemistry, chemistry engineering or mechanical engineering, with some experience in lube industry;
or Master degree in chemistry, chemistry engineering or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of R&D experience in lube industry;
-Certifications such as CLS (certified Lubrication Specialist) or OMA (Oil Monitoring Analyst) are a plus, but not required.
-Fluent English
