Job Description
Job Description:
1. Take charge of overall enterprise business applications leading a team of around 15
2. Guarantee all software products are delivered in time with high quality
3. Act as the bridge between business and IT teams, responsible for business analysis, and make sure business requirements are met in time
4. Provide IT application solutions and strategies that would accelerate business growth
5. Actively participate in brainstorming session and provide solid inputs to the team
Requirements:
1. Overall enterprise applications (ERP and Non-ERP) at big MNCs
2. Great leadership and team management skills
3. Rich experience in software product delivery with Agile and Waterfall methods
4. Financial knowledge would be a plus
5. Fluent in English written and oral
6. Take the ownership to proactively drive project results and achieve business growth
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field preferred
2. Should have experience of leading and implementing enterprise level Java Development projects using Agile and Waterfall methods.
