Job Description
Location: Suzhou

Job Summary:
-Lead Product Global Trade for businesses. Coordinate regulatory projects in China and Asia Pacific Region
-Prepare and manage Foreign Trade Agreements (FTA) Certifications, HS Classifications and import/export licenses.
-Handle customer requests and support the business regulatory needs. Review and approve products to ensure they are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
-Represent company with industry associations and government agencies as appropriate.
Requirements:
-Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree required, Chemistry degree preferred.
-5 years of experience in product regulatory related field in a multi-national company. Knowledge of China and Asia Pacific Chemical Regulations. Competency in hazardous communication such as GHS, GCI, etc.
-Familiarity with lubricants and car care products.
-Ability to travel domestically and possibly international.
-Knowledgeable of Government agency requirements in China and other Asia Pacific Countries.
