Job Summary:
- Leading the development and improvement of adhesive products towards consumer industry in line with global strategy.
- Continuously driving the innovation based on market demand and futuristic prediction.
- Driving the synergy with both internal and external stake holders including sales team, production and our partners.
- Leading and daily managing a team of 10+ people and creating a proactive, adventurous and profitable R&D culture.

Requirements:
- Master degree or PhD in chemistry, polymer, or chemical engineering;
- Solid polymer knowledge would be be necessary however you don't have to have direct experience on adhesive.
- Experience with chemical application towards consumer products would be strong plus.
- Must have solid management experience over a team of 8 people or more.
- Accept frequent travels covering both regional and global.
- Great communication and influential skills.
- Fluent English is a must.
