Job description

1、完善公司薪酬模块及薪酬管理体系,实施与推进公司年度薪酬方案,管理员工薪酬福利;
2、分析市场薪资数据,根据工作分析和岗位评估结果来设计薪酬体系,编制管理制度,并组织实施、评估和完善;
3、控制、核算与预测公司总体人力成本,提供分析报告;
4、研究跟踪市场薪酬变化,根据业务情况及人员变动规律来调整薪酬;
5、设计长期激励方案,吸引/保留人才;

Requirements

- 全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源、经济或管理类专业优先;
- 5年及以上人力资源工作经验,3年以上大型公司薪酬激励专业模块化实施经验;
- 熟练掌握人力资源专业薪酬福利、绩效考核等领域的相关知识;
- 较强的逻辑思维能力及数字敏感度,擅长数据分析,良好的沟通和协调能力;
- 工作严谨,原则性强,抗压能力强。
