Job Description The Vice President of Engineering will focus on the structuring and operation of the product development and sustaining engineering function as a cohesive unit; the conceptualizing and day-to-day management of simultaneous projects; delivering manufacturable designs to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints, and the fostering of innovative solutions to customer needs.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
• You are fluent in oral and written Chinese Mandarin
• You are fluent in Oral and Written English
• You have 10+ years experience building and managing development teams that design and deliver software products
• You have at least 5 year hands-on coding experience, and 5 year engineering team management experience.
• You have experience managing teams with over 200 individuals.
• You are familiar with Data Structure, Algorithm, and still can read and write basic code.
• You understand Distributed Computing.
• You are familiar with agile methodology and understand mainstream testing automation methodology like unit test, and integration test.
• You have a strong focus on impact and execution, and the communication skills to make this a reality

• You have experience guiding teams through planning, prioritization, and execution of work
