Job Description
my client is seeking for a R&D Manager to manage the development team to support OEM business growth in Asia and global, and he need to Plan and allocate resources for projects, coordinate with WI as global team, lead the R&D Team and take care of organization and budget.
Requirements
·>10 years working experience, > 3y in R&D management；Familiar to connector or similar product design and manufacture is a must；Proficient at 3D software like Catia, Pro/E is a must；Be good at coaching subordinates；With innovative thinking, own several patents is preferred ；Fluent both oral and written Chinese/English；
