My client is a leading industrial instrument company, headquartered in Europe. They are growing strongly and looking to upgrade the operation applying a more effective lean strategy.

The role is responsible for spotting and implementing lean system in Suzhou plant. Reporting directly to the General manager, with regulator communication with group lean head.

Bachelor degree in engineering or management, 10years experience in manufacturing environment, 2 years or above in operation management, with trace-able record in lean projects. Fluent English.

Operation or production management experience is must.
