Job Description

1. Establish the global market research system, and formulate the annual budget and research plan.
2. Plan the company's research direction, formulated the company's research strategy, and ensured the forward-looking and timely strategy of the company;
3. Undertake industry research tasks, collect and analyze data related to the mobile phone industry, and provide industry data support for the company's business;
4. Pay attention to the development trend and market trend of the mobile phone industry, providing research reports on the current situation of the industry, competitive analysis and consumer insights;
5. Lead the team to ensure the implementation of the research work, capture the user needs and user experience through questionnaires, forums or in-depth interviews, and be responsible for the regular user portrait monitoring, basic user data analysis and report output;
6. Managed third-party research agencies to ensure that the output of case results has consumer insights and feasible Suggestions.
7. Cooperate with various departments to carry out relevant research work.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in psychology, sociology or statistics is preferred;
2. More than 8 years of market research experience, more than 3years of team management experience, passion for the mobile phone industry, mobile phone industry research experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods, with experience participating in the use of colloquia, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and other survey methods;
