Responsibilities:
1) Report to Group COO and Board of Directors of China.
2) Perform Operations management according to global strategies across multiple manufacturing plants in China.
3) Lead functional teams of Plant Operation/Production Management, Supply Chain Logistics, Quality, Process, Project Management, Maintenance, etc.

Requirements:
1) Senior management/regional level experience in manufacturing operations in automotive parts industry. Plant General Manager background preferred.
2) Experience and ability to report to Bord of Directors.
3) Proficient English.
