Description：

2. Understand the entire process of the clothing business in-house and are developing systems on an end-to-end basis.
3. Design and implement applications considering user experience, performance, maintainability, cost, and up-to-date technologies.
4. Develop and ship the in-house applications.
5. Analyze users and make improvement plans with our business planners and UI/UX designers for the expansion of our business.
6. Develop applications for employees to improve business operations and customer support.

Required Qualifications：
1. Master or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
2. A love of IT technology, a sincere approach to problems, a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a flexible way of thinking, a significant degree of inquisitiveness.
3. Strong logical thinking. Ability to go beyond language to understand intent and background and lead to problem solving.
4. Strong individual contributor, self-motivated, and a proven team player. Having leadership to take initiative to find out issues, and to actively involve co-workers globally and resolve the issues by deep dive into details.

Preferred Qualifications：
1. Having 2 or more of the following expertise is a plus.
2. Over 3 years of both iOS and Android development experiences.
3. Experience of A/B testing tool installation, analyzing user behavior.
4. Experience of internationalization and localization for globalization.
5. Experience of whole development process from planning to delivery to app stores, customer
6. Experience of Web site development with modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, etc.
7. Experience of establishment of development environment, standardization.
