• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in offline marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning.
• A strategic mindset with a strong analytical background.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus.
