Major responsibilities:
1. Prepare investment entity valuation quarterly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, including valuation for investment properties, develop business, fund management, other investments and net other assets. Coordinate with SG group, finance team and sub-platforms to understand newest change and valuation methodology, make sure to reflect GLP China fair value.
2. Laise with auditors for investment entity valuation annual audit.
3. Prepare Investment Property (Q580) monthly report and KPI quarterly report, analyze investment properties situation and develop margin.
4. Support manager on the collection and analysis of operation KPI
5. Working with SAP consultant on the system implementation.
6. Other ad-hoc projects manager assigned.

Desired candidate profile:
The candidate needs to possess:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline；
2. CICPA, ACCA & other equivalent certificates preferred
3. Past audit experience is preferable and at least 3 years finance work experience
4. Experience with financial models and budget planning is critical
5. Strong financial analysis skills including excellent excel and powerpoint skill
6. Strong communication and presentation skills in English
7. Prefer experience in BI tools, HFM and JDE, knowledge of SQL will be a plus
8. Works well in a cross-functional collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
