Position Summary
 Overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and financial functions including fixed assets, accounts payable and general ledgers, reporting.
 Responsible for accurate and timely submission of financial management reports
 Formulate and implement accounting system, internal controls, policies, and procedures. Make recommendations of various areas for improvement.

Major Responsibilities
 Play a critical role in providing business decision support to the operation management team as well as providing leadership and direction to the Finance.
 Interact with all levels across the organization, and portfolio including accounting, financial planning, tax, cash management, costing, accounts payable and receivables, general concept finance multiple functions etc.
 Ensure the monthly financial package accuracy and have strong analysis capability on the package review and analysis. Familiar with US GAAP and local GAAP for GAAP difference analysis.
 Drive ERP system implementation and support management on financial reporting and analysis and ad-hock projects
 Monitor and forecast the company’s cash flow status, efficiently manage the company’s liability and capital, and provide risk control to treasury function.
 Managing working capital of the company to support business sustainability and healthy continuity.
 Liaising with auditors, tax agents and government related to comply with rulings.
 As a team leader to update latest accounting knowledges and keep own advancement in accounting knowledge
 Other responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
