Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales solution, technical support, application assistance according to client needs.
• Provide services on installations, demonstrations and guidance to targeted clients.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
• Prepare and present products and technical papers at scientific conferences and tradeshows.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or PhD in botany, ecology, environmental science, meteorology, forestry, geology, agronomy, hydrology, or chemistry.

• Fluent English.
