工作职责：
1、收集市场上同类型工艺相关材料情报；
2、结合公司实际情况提出合理研发建议；
3、制定并执行相关材料的研发方案；
4、汇报各材料研发进展情况；
5、组织采购研发过程所需物资；
6、在新技术、新材料、新工艺推广及应用时考虑新增EHS风险，并进行风险评估和制定应对措施。
