1. 大学本科学历，有医疗器械耗品或小型设备销售经验，眼科背景最佳。
2. 有1-2年夸区域管理经验及代理商招募与管理经验
3. 学习能力强、谦虚好学，通过产品学习后能在医院科室进行产品讲解及举办科室会
4. 勤奋、踏实肯干、能习惯经常出差，约30-50%不在常驻地
5. 有重点大客户管理和服务经验
6. 有外企工作背景，并能熟练应用Excel， Word等办公软件进行工作报告以及区域市场动态分析
