1， Installation and commissioning of single-cell analyzers and high-content systems delivered to customers, such as SU10, SS2000 and CQ1 and CV8000.

2， Capable to handle and troubleshoot life science produce for single-cell analyzers and high-content systems .

3， Support End-user for the life science produce Maintenance, On-Site commissioning, and Start-up Support. On-site Emergency, Scheduled Maintenance and Troubleshooting support.

4， Monitor, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain the life scence product (single-cell analyzers and high-content systems).

5， Technical hands-on training on various life science product used. Assist in troubleshooting analyzers and analyzer sample systems.

6， Skilled in archiving customer system equipment experience, including user manual, SOP, installation, calibration, maintenance, repair and other records.

7， Strong self-learning ability, have a certain professional English foundation, have the ability to consult the instrument manual and other relevant materials.

8， Adhering to the customer Schedule & Quality Plan.

9， Preparation of required documents for Preventive Maintenance, troubleshooting procedure etc.

10， Technical Support to Sales team for life science business expansion.

任职要求：

1，Bachelor Degree or Above Biomedical engineering，Biological Sciences and Engineering, Optoelectronic information science and engineering, or Relevant major.

2，More than 4 years of after-sales service experience in analytical instruments and life science instruments, with high connotation or confocal microscope related work experience is preferred.

3，Cell biology and basic optical knowledge background;

4，Basic knowledge of Analytical instrument maintenance, Communication;

5，Understand immunofluorescence imaging technology or related knowledge, familiar with the basic needs of cell imaging;

6，Familiar with fluorescence microscopy, high-content imaging technology principles, understand the hardware functions of such equipment, basic optical knowledge is preferred.

7，English or Japanese, Basic computer application Software ex. MS-Office;
