Job Description
1、负责带领研发团队完成设备器械研发工作并按计划交付，及时解决项目遇到的问题；
2、对项目关键节点进行把控和及时向运营总监汇报研发进度和问题改进的情况；
3、编制部门相关质量体系文件，具有符合要求的质量意识；
4、开展团队建设，培养、指导、评价下属，提升下属的整体素质和科研水平,定期对员工进行绩效考评
5、 领导交办的其他工作。
