岗位职责
1、负责重要大客户的开发和深耕，与客户对应人员保持良好互动沟通；
2、挖掘现有大客户新产品和新项目机会；
3、主导团队制定客户策略，提升品牌价值和客户满意度；
4、制订清晰的工作计划以支持业绩目标的达成；
5、负责客户帐款的追踪，保证货款及时回笼；
6、负责制订存货和供应策略，将库存风险控制在最低范围内；
6、负责客户端突发状况及危机处理，以保证客户满意度 。
