Responsibility:
• Direct the financial and accounting functions, including accounting, budgetary control,
tax and audit processes, in order to meet operating and strategic business targets, as
well as statutory and HQ reporting requirements;
• Lead and manage the development and monitoring of budgets in line with financial
models and business directions set by the Board, as well as provide regular management
analysis to support business needs and decision making;
• Develop, review & implement financial & risk management policies & procedures to
ensure effective internal control, proper accounting practices and financial reporting, and
to be in compliance with relevant rules and regulations, group policies and procedures;
• Direct management information systems strategies to ensure information are managed
and management needs are met. Facilitate seamless integration of Finance and
Accounting data, processes and systems.
• Business partnering and working with various stakeholders in driving operational,
financial and growth performance, including M&A transactions
• Lead and motivate a team of finance staff (including those at site), be responsible for the
finance staff development plan.

Key Requirements
• Degree in business administration, accounting or finance, CPA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in auditing, accounting or corporate finance in
reputable public listed companies.
• Strong accounting skills
• Matured personality with the ability to motivate, lead and manage teams
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical
skills
• Motivated, committed, and uphold high level of professional ethics
• Proficiency in English and Chinese language
