Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan and execute factory establishment projects related to quality, yield, process
efficiency and capacity improvement related to Intraocular Lens (IOL) manufacturing
• To support ME in new product or process development & transfer activities
• Hire and train operators and supervisors in support of validations and commercial
manufacturing
• Develop daily production schedules in line with requirements from Supply Chain
department
• Ensure that products are manufactured with targeted productivity and COGs
• Develop manpower, CAPEX and OPEX budgets for quarterly and annual budgeting
