1，理解团队整体策略，拆解为有效的个人工作计划。
2，捕捉业务经营动态，反哺工作策略迭代，帮助团队成果更贴合业务战略、输出业务价值。
3，解决复杂问题、交付高质量成果，既熟悉重点工作、又掌握关键细节。
4，建立与业务、职能的合作机制，协同完成工作。
5，形成对业务、职能合作方的个人影响力。
