职位描述:
1、负责公司股权融资项目寻找及筛选
2、负责对项目的尽职调查工作,包括与各方进行初步沟通、整理相关报告等工作
3、负责公司股权投资基金的设立、运作和退出管理工作
4、对所投企业日常运营状况进行跟踪监控并及时调整策略,为下一轮投资提供建议方案
5、负责完成上级领导交办的其它事宜
职位要求:
1. 英文优秀
2. 10年以上头部外资投行、咨询、投资、投后管理工作经验
