职能:销售及渠道优化管理
要求:
1)至少8年以上 化工材料行业 销售及市场开发经验,有团队管理经验优先;
2)较强的目标导向思维和问题解决能力,以及跨团队沟通能力;
3)擅长项目管理及过程管理,具有优秀的数据分析能力;
4)本科以上市场或商科专业毕业,英文流利。
YOUR ROLE
1-Enables the sales performance in all regions by implementing standardized sales process (tools, trainings, KPIs, best-practice sharing)
2-Regional speaker APAC for all global Sales Excellence initiatives roll-outs to the region
3-Work closely with the regional sales teams to drive and monitor achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPI
4-Implements global framework, policy and channel strategy development.
5-Executes strategic projects on sales and channel excellence.
YOUR SKILLS
1-University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
2-8 years' experience in Strategic/Inhouse consulting, commercial management or project management. Sales experience is a plus.
3-Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking as well as communication and convincing skills are critical to the success in the role
4-Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, SAP and CRM systems
5-Strong project management skills and structured problem-solving capabilities
6-Fluent English
