Accountabilities：
Inspire for contributing to the sustainability commitments and follow the journey towards clean factory environment.
Lead strategic green factory solutions projects at stakeholders along the entire project life cycle with full accountability for timely execution, fulfillment of quality standards and profitability.
Drive Green Factory projects within the facility focused on delivering solutions within the domains of energy efficiency and conservation, renewable energy installations and waste management.

Main activities：
Strategic activities
Create green factory ideas and implementations to add values to the firm according to sustainability strategy, roadmap and commitments.
Client related activities
Plan, execute and control the green factory projects. Communicate precisely, binding and result-oriented with internal and external stakeholders.
Establish good partnership with China local solution/technology providers and local factories
Operational activities
Track project progress against agreed upon KPIs, milestones and service levels.
Establish and coordinate project teams with agreed and aligned roles, responsibilities and objectives.
Developmental activities
Continue learning to keep the pace of advanced manufacturing carbon neutrality.
Be proficient in project management skill under the factory's standards like LBIP.
