Job Description

• Oversee the strategic direction of multiple brand and performance marketing channels
• Work with related teams to create and implement the Digital strategies, with the objectives of enhancing brand awareness and traffic acquisition
• Own and control ec traffic budget, manage its usage and measure the effectiveness in KPIs

Traffic acquisition and optimization (all digital channels):

• Manage and control all online traffic (Free and Paid)
• Optimize Paid traffic (Own channels, marketplaces, social channels)
• Analyze ROI by tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly results including performance dashboards and metrics reporting
• Detect and develop new methods to drive traffic
• Understand the consumers and develop strategies to expand our customer pool

Conversion rate increase:
• Analyze the conversion funnel (Own channels and marketplaces) and identify areas where new strategies can be implemented to increase conversion rate.
• Enhance user experience across all channels

Social Media:
• Work with Local and HQ Marketing Team to plan and implement strategies of social media, affiliation channels and owned content
• Leverage Red, Weibo, WeChat, KOLs, Content Marketing, and other emerging social media channels, to spread the brand's message to its targeted customers
• Measure and report performance of all ec traffic & data campaigns (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
