Sales Order follow up and coordination
Check daily inventory of main warehouse and provide available stock information to Brands’ sales coordinators for sales order
Collect Brands’ sales order and place order into both SAP system and warehouse, daily delivery report update
Coordinate with warehouse to ensure the physical shipment delivery on time and accurately
Maintain SAP system invoicing per shipment and update with Finance department, responsible for VAT invoicing and distribution
Follow-up the approval process for the goods return or exchange in both system and reports
Coordination for special goods ordering & delivery issue (wear watch, staff purchase, Brands free gifting watch and etc.)
Support on Brand’s Family Sale event
Any ad-hoc project may assigned by Operation / Brand team
