Job Description

• Investigate and summarize market dynamics/trends, customer unmet needs, as well as the information of value chain, competitor landscape, and customer decision making process
• Develop and execute overall segmental business strategy and execution plan, with a focus on end-user / brand-owner spec-in & engagement
• Grow the business by developing new sub-segments or new applications and customers in existing sub-segments, own the performance of the assigned segment
• Build the business opportunity pipeline and drive innovation activities to ensure sustainable business growth
• Close cooperation with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, ADE, PM and other supporting teams to lead the design and commercialization of new customer solutions with clearly defined value proposition
