基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

 Optimize trade operation process and framework building
- Trade operating process review and re-design, providing strong support to trade management system upgrading (TPM project)
- Trade policy update and cross function training; collaborating with sales team to develop solutions for new promotion activities
 Enhance trade compliance governance
- Drive compliance and build strong stewardship in sales team with OTC and trade process enhancement
- Lead trade finance team to governance expense reimbursement and make sure the control in place; partner with accounting team on trade auditing
 Driving efficiency and automation of Trade Operations
- Conduct pre and post evaluate investment efficiency and effectiveness of trade spending to drive performance
- Accelerate trade expense efficiency with balance review by aging/channel/customer, provide suggestion to finance BP and commercial on historical clearance & unbudgeted trade settlement
 Strengthen reporting analytical capability
- Develop reporting capabilities to provide accurate RNS/Trade report for each BU by channel/region/customer, with deep business analysis and insights to support trade target setting and achievement

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

 5+ years FMCG finance experience in area of sales finance is must, 7+ years as a strong plus
 1-2 years leadership experience is essential
 SAP knowledge is preferred
 Project management experience is preferred
 Strong communicational skills with influencing power and conflict management capability
 Excellent written and spoken English is essential

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree or above, Accounting or Finance related
 CPA or ACCA is a plus
