Main Responsibility:

1. Leading management consolidation of the plant newly acquired into Group reporting
2. Support on the implementation of compliance improvement defined before acquisition
3. Support on enhancement of finance governance and control, including treasury operation etc.
4. Co-develop reporting and analysis with plant finance to improve visibility on plant controlling
5. Co-work with commercial controller for cross-entity cost allocation and control budget for industrial cost centers
6. Plant performance tracking including comparison vs. original business plan
7. Being local finance relay to support on capex projects

Education & Qualification Required:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance / Accounting, and having good fundamental understanding on accounting
2. 8-10 years’ working experience in finance functions, out of which at least 5 years’ exposure to industrial / plant finance position
3. Goods understanding on SAP and hands-on experience before
4. Project management skill
5. Advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Excel)
6. Good communication, and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
7. Organized, fast learner and result driven
8. Self-motivated, and a good team-player
