• To lead business improvement and deployment of system change. Improve processes to avoid recurring issues, and stabilize support needs,
• As member of global IT team，analyze and enhance system to realize requirement from Finance team,
• Coordinate with business and vendor to ensure projects can be completed on time and reach goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field,
• At least 5+ years' work experience, 2+ years’ system maintenance, implementation experience,
• Experience in IT solution for Finance area (Accounting, Treasury or Controlling),
• 1-3 years of foreign enterprise or global team working experience.
• Have PMP, Prince2 and other project management certification is preferred,
• Experience in BPR (Business Process Reengineering) activities for Finance area,
• 3+ years SAP FICO or SAP FC(Financial Consolidation).
