1. Organization Learning & development in SZ Facilities (30%)
- Deliver Orientation Training to new comers and trainings coordination with other functions.
- Collect and summarize Annual Training needs and DNA for facility wide to finalize Annual Training
Plan and its execution.
- Design and implement training programs to upgrade shop floor leaders, supervisors to enhance the leadership skill & competence to support business grow.
2. Internal and External audit Coordination (20%)
- Coordinate with other functions to fulfill audit tasks on employee qualification and training
- Keep WI and HRD related document updated
3. Training deployment (20%)
- Follow standard operational process to ensure the assigned training programs are successfully deployed.
- Support end-to-end training deployment process includes training planning, purchasing, enrollment, logistic arrangement, cost allocation, training assessment, etc.
- Training record filing and management
4. Work on Corporate/Regional projects and programs as required (30%)
- Coordinate with Corporate/ region on the define projects and programs
- Support Trainee Program management
- Administrate People Survey Process and follow up actions plans
- Support on additional assigned tasks
