Communicate with PM in HQ and local vendors closely to ensure NPD, in-time samples, correct detailed product info
• Manage golden samples review and control as per company procedure, after the buyer approved the items.
• Source and verify new vendors in a professional manner to expand the vendor basis for newly added product lines.
• Coordinate with QC Manager/3rd party inspectors to ensure products were inspected as per company procedure.
• Coordinate with Logistics Specialist in China/AM in HQ closely and ensure the orders were produced and shipped in time.

Qualifications
• College graduate in related major is needed. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• English could be used as work language.
• Years of solid related experiences as a similar role in global organization.
• Prior experiences and knowledge in hardline, any home improvement items like lighting/ceiling fans, hardware, cabinetry, plumbing, and kitchen & BBQ utensils or similar experiences are preferred.
