Responsibilities
 Management of projects for the development of new chip platforms in the field of GaN chip technology
 Supervision of rollout projects as part of the platform development
 Involving in and testing the new chip concepts and designs
 Improveand develop individual processes
 Integration of process sequences in the production chain and transfer to production
 Sustainable, systematic solving of complex problems with regard to design and process
 In-depth analysis of the parameters influencing component properties and performance

Who we are looking for
 Successfully completed (technical) university degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science or a comparable technical / natural science degree
 Several years of professional experience and / or a relevant doctorate
 Experience in the field of semiconductor industry, preferably in LED chip development
 Several years of experience in managing complex projects, project management
 Organizational skills, assertiveness and the ability to lead teams, communicative and team-oriented personality
