Essential Duties:
• Provides thought partnership and supports the design and development of a globally integrated talent
strategy including diversity and inclusion, workforce and strategic planning, leadership development,
employee experience strategy, organizational effectiveness, learning, succession, and recruiting
• Support the implementation of the global HR People Strategy by designing, planning, organizing, and
executing a variety of leadership training programs for the different management levels in the
organization.
• Provides advice and consultation for AP HR business partners and business leaders on a range of topics,
including workforce planning, performance enablement, leadership development, career and succession
planning, strategic diversity initiatives, change management, and learning investment plans by identifying
key initiatives required to address the goals of the business.
• Identify training needs through detail analysis of available data, design effective training programs,
develop training material and conduct workshops, webinars, and individual training sessions.
• Facilitate mentoring and development planning discussions and activities for selected AP talents
• Customize and deliver leadership development training programs to people managers across AP locations
in English and Chinese languages both virtually and in classroom settings
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop and deliver best in class training and leadership
solutions and drive program execution at the AP production sites.
• Creates experiences across the employee lifecycle that help to advance the discipline of effective talent
management practices while fostering a culture of openness, creativity, collaboration, engagement of
diverse perspectives and experiences, and challenge bias.
• Supports Organizational Development initiatives such as onboarding, workforce planning, new hire and
high potential development programs, and succession planning.

Super-user for the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) for AP region and first point-of-contact for Australia, South Korea, and Taiwan team members and all local LMS administrators
• Record management of training activities based on defined KPIs as well as fronting customers’ audits
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
• Champions a culture of learning, performance, and empowerment across the organization and actively
seeks opportunities to simplify and integrate to foster positive experiences for team members at all levels.
• Contribute to HR special projects as well as Organizational Development initiatives.
• Organize monthly AP HR meetings and events, Work on quarterly HR data analytic reports.
• Incorporate and execute change management strategies in support of the transition dispersed team of
site training coordinators into a centralized Learning Specialist role aligned with the corporate Learning
and Development function
• Implement change management activities to manage the transition of the new team including
stakeholder management, needs analysis, developing and tracking KPI’s, and managerial support for
direct reports
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Learning and Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of Human Resource experience with regional talent management, learning and development.
• Knowledge in applying quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and
deliver results.
• Excellent written and oral communications in both English and Chinese including ability to facilitate
meetings and learning experiences in Mandarin.
• Prior experience working in a multinational matrix organization
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Master’s degree in HR, Change Management, Organization Development, or Leadership
• Facilitation Skills – Deliver training programs confidently in both virtual and classroom settings
• Time Management – Resilience and flexibility to work across multiple geographies and time zones for
special projects
• Previous experience using a learning management system (e. g. SuccessFactors LMS) and cGMP
• Knowledge in applying quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and
deliver results
• Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment preferred
• Solve problems by analyzing situations; anticipating potential problems and future trends; assessing
opportunities, impacts, and risks; and developing and implementing solutions.
• Manage projects and time with a strong ability to work independently and to proactively manage and
prioritize projects.
• Flexible, compassionate, and seeks to be innovative in their approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple overlapping priorities.
• Proven capabilities in designing effective excel spreadsheets and power point presentations
