职位描述

 BP function:
1. Business partner to responsible factory, supply chain leaders and process owner.
2. Lead ongoing performance management and provide recommendations for improvements, including monthly performance review with key stakeholders
3. Lead annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning for responsible brand & division to manage performance and providing recommendations on opportunities and risks
4. Focus on continuous improvement projects and dynamic resource allocation to support the achievement of financial targets
5. Analyze cost drivers, and variances, and propose corrective or potential cost saving measures.
6. In charge of new product cost estimation for decision making, and financial scenario analyses for material sourcing change, and other actions etc.
7. Supervise the Project Accounting / CAPEX and provide advice financial returns on investment projects.
8. Liaison and coordinate with cross-function in enhancing the support of business operations.
 Process and control enhancement:
1. Further optimize current reporting process including closing and rolling forecast
2. Diagnosis process control weakness through periodically loop audit test
3. Liaising with external and internal related audit teams with respect to operations
4. Support in preparation of site reports required from external parties
 SC Finance reporting digital transformation:
1 Understand stakeholders key focus and controllable operation drivers for COGS optimization.
2. Consolidate and leverage the existing reporting package to meet consumer needs.
3. Explore potential D&T solution and seek for best fit for process/reporting automation.

 Team development and leadership:

1. Project leader of SC functional development initiatives and transformations
2. Responsible for management, coaching & development of the team
