Job Description Summary
As a Field Applications Scientist you will play a pivotal role within the business by providing scientific and technical support to relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage your scientific background to liaise with our customers to inspire confidence in our products and build STEMCELL's reputation as a leader in the life sciences market. You will be required to perform on site visits with our customer base to demonstrate new and existing products and collaborate closely with researchers to support their research and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide hands-on customer and scientific support in multiple regions
Lead the Sales team to successful outcomes by using internal and external resources and by leveraging a mastery of sales and scientific concepts
Deliver lectures and other customer-facing presentations and demonstrations to increase product awareness
Act as a Subject Matter Expert, advisor, and ambassador to internal and external stakeholders
Help onboard, develop, and mentor other Field Application Scientists
Knowledge and Qualifications
Advanced degree in cytology or related field with extensive experience in Sales and Field Applications
Strong expertise in fundamental lab skills including Cell Preparation and Counting, Cell Separation, and Flow Cytometry
Excellent interpersonal and scientific communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills both in one-on-one and in a group setting. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Able to work independently and as part of a greater team
