职责描述:
Responsible for all marketing activities/initiatives in Greater China and head of marketing is a member of Greater China leadership team.
Collaborate with sales and technical team closely to set up China Marketing strategy, translate into various marketing plan and projects.
Develop mid-to-long term strategic business plan for China and all SBUs
Support digital marketing implementation from mindset change to embrace, from leads generation to convert into sales. Key driver to increase brand awareness of company in China.
Lead the development of annual plans to incorporate exhibition & conference attendance, customer road shows, PR, advertising, development of sales tools/training and promotional initiatives.
Coach, manage and develop whole China Marketing team to further develop and continuously improve team’s capabilities, with assessment on competency gaps, training and development plan. Strong influence and guidance on the sector marketing team.
Lead and develop the team in deepening our focus on market, customers insights and monitor competitors moves to identify opportunities. Understand policy, regulatory change, sustainability trend for analysis on opportunity and risks
Liaise effectively with regional and global marketing teams to align on wider company objectives and achieving agreed targets.
Scouting potential opportunity of M&A including technology acquisition
任职要求:
Bachelor or above degree, major in marketing or chemical relative areas
10 years or above working experience in commercial roles, 5 years or above in commercial managerial roles, demonstrated experience in B2B strategic marketing will be preferred
Strong leadership in team management, organizational competency and ability to initiate and drive changes
Strong strategic thinking to develop strategic plans with solid implementation ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can work cross functionally with positive attitude and influencing capability
Take initiatives in daily job, working with creative thinking, can meeting challenges and pressure
Fluent communication ability in Mandarin and English both in verbal and written manner
