Responsible for:
▪ Oversee the accounting treatment, financial reporting, budgeting and debt reporting
process;
▪ Manage the external accounting outsourcing team to ensure success delivery of financial
packages, various government reports, tax filing, timely payment, etc.
▪ Work closely with internal tax team and external tax service provider to ensure
compliance tax filing, and keep smooth and efficient communication with the local tax
authority;
▪ Manage the entity’s cash flow, including both actual and rolling forecast, liaise with bank
on fund arrangements and debt management;
▪ Coordinate with internal and external auditors on various audit tasks;
▪ To assist valuation and strategy team on annual Business Plan and valuation;
▪ Assis in offshore SPV accounting and bank account open;
▪ Provide assistance in due diligence work, acquisition and disposal, when needed;
▪ Work on other assignments as necessary.

Qualifications / Experience/Skills
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required;
▪ 4+ years’ experience in a financial management position, preferably with both audit and
real-estate industry experience;
▪ Ability to be adapted to an expanding business environment and willing to grow with the
company;
▪ Proficient in using MS Office and accounting system;
▪ Proficient in English as a working language (mainly written);
▪ Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
▪ Strong analytical skill, communication skill;
▪ Well organised and able to work independently as well with team members
▪ CPA candidate is plus
