Focus on supporting the development of new additives for printing &packaging and coatings, including leveraging your understanding of package application, coatingapplication and the interaction of various elements of the formula to develop additives which deliver new or improved properties.
Develop additives for waterborne products through your ability to connect structure/property fundamentals with novel product functionality.

Requirement
Master's degree in Chemistry Polymer/Materials Science,or related field and at least five (5) years relevant experience
Practical experience developing waterborne productsadditives and/or f，ormulations for packaging or/and coating applications
Practical experience on technical service in packaging or/and coating applications
Mindset for identifying problems and creating solutions
Demonstrated ability to consolidate technical data application knowledge into product recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
Strong collaborative network with other groups
