Responsibilities：
• manage a direct team, leading, orienting, coaching and training your team members on achieving functional goals and providing opportunities for them to develop necessary skills
• define and design compelling, scalable visualization and automation solutions resulting in strong user adoption that help transform finance user experience away from time-intensive manual efforts and towards automated self-service reporting
• build constructive partnerships with finance stakeholders and collaboratively work with cross functions including MPA, ED&A and Tech to identify and plan for the necessary capabilities to deliver visualization, BI and application products
• activate a visualization learning and development community to advocate best practices, build skills, and inspire development and analytics cultural change

Requirements：
• 10+ years of relevant experience in user experience, dashboards developing, data visualizations, self-service data tools and IT system developing
• 4+ years leading teams developing visual analytics or advanced analytics
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Statistics, Computer Science related majors
• Ability to promote the team's mission and vision, setting appropriate data-driven goals and selecting best methods that support leadership decision making.
• Effective people and team management capabilities enabling management of a high performing team to meet both organization’s goals and team’s goals
• Ability to build partnerships across functions, becoming a trusted partner that can manage expectations, timelines, and risks throughout a project life cycle
• Demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision making through excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts in an easily understandable way
• Solid grounding in user experience and visualization best practices and evolving trends, technologies, and techniques
• Expertise with visual analysis technologies such as Tableau, Cognos, SAP or similar tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills
