Our client is a MNC material company

his position is responsible for all BU supply chain functions. This includes direct responsibility in sourcing, S&OP, material management, as well as order fulfillment.
This position is serving as a business partner to the business teams and regional organizations.
Manages the materials function considering manufacturing capacity, schedules workloads, recommends in house manufacturing vs. outsourcing, quality control and workforce balance. Establishes and maintains premier customer service.
Bachelors' degree or above of chemistry or business or related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply China related function.
Excellent communication skill across function including manufacturing, quality, customer service, marketing, and sales team, as well as with suppliers.
Good oral and written skills in English and Chinese.
Ability to draw conclusion and provide recommendation based on data.
