3.制定、维护和执行行业销售增长计划，以实现销售和利润目标
4.与销售合作，寻找新机会，最大化潜力，增加市场份额
5.增加与目标垂直客户的直接客户接触

7.与区域销售、技术解决方案和线下营销部门协调，争取最终客户
8.根据客户的偏好与区域销售团队达成供应伙伴的协议

岗位要求:

1. Assist in the formulation and decomposition of annual sales targets, the design of sales KPI system, and the improvement of related business processes and norms
2. Monitor the completion of various business data. Develop and optimize sales rules and processes based on business strategy and current situation and ensure the implementation of the strategy and the stable operation of the business.
3. Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecast collection and tracking and sales staff target tracking, not limited to sales performance, progress carried out by distributors, etc.
4. Assist in the information collection and development of distributor incentive system / sales staff incentive system
5. Responsible for the business communication between sales team and company, do the business connection and follow-up. Establish and optimize the sales team's business information communication system, improve the efficiency of communication
6. Regular market research, collect industry, market, customer, product, and other related information,
7. Promote the functional optimization of business systems, sales efficiency, and operational efficiency. Participate in the construction of IT platform systems involved in sales and operational efficiency management.
WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in sales operation in related industry
2. In-depth understanding of sales and needs and pain points of the sales team
3. Clear business thinking and management thinking, with keen insight
4. Good at data analyzing and project management
